User Guide
Welcome to the user guide for purchasing offers. In this guide, we will walk you through the process of buying a Rabona eSIM and selecting your dedicated offer, whether you choose to transfer your existing number to Rabona or request a new one.

Step 1: Get eligible offers
​
To begin purchasing the offer, you will need to enter your residence's ZIP code. As you type, the field will provide suggestions for existing ZIP codes and towns.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan
Select the available offer you want to activate on your Rabona eSIM and click to continue.

Step 3: Account Owner Info
Fill with your personal data all the fields of this section, the address of residence and enter your email where you will receive the activation code of the Rabona eSIM and scroll the screen for enter your PIN.

Step 4: Create a New PIN
Create a 4-number PIN code that will be associated to your account and you’ll need it if you want to change operator. The PIN is unique and valid for all Rabona eSIMs associated to your account.

Step 5: Validation Profile
To verify your profile, we will send an OTP code to your email. Click on Send OTP, a popup will notify you of the sending. Enter the received OTP and click on Verify OTP. Then continue to next step.

Step 6: Line Setup
Assign the name to your number and choose if you want to bring your number into Rabona or if you want a new number. If you have choose to bring your number see step 8, ​If you have chosen a new number go to step 9.

Step 7: Bring Your Number
If you have chosen to bring your number in rabona you will need to enter the data for portability of the number that are:
  • your account number with your operator
  • your PIN code at your operator
  • the ZIP code registered with your operator
Check that you have the correct data for portabilityfinalize it.

Final Step: Payment
Proceed to purchase your Rabona eSIM and complete the payment. Once completed you will receive on your email the QR activation code in the welcome email, your password to access My Area and the payment receipt.​
