Your account will be created once you complete the RABONA® SIM purchase process. Shortly after, you will receive an email containing a temporary login credentials, which you can reset at any time. Once received, simply log in to your user area to get started.

You can change your plan by logging into your account and selecting "Change my plan". Choose the plan you would like to upgrade or downgrade to.

To unlock your phone, you’ll most likely need to contact your current carrier so they can unlock it for you. If it hasn’t been paid off, you will probably need to do that first.

Offers and Payments
All Rabona plans are prepaid and unrestricted. You can apply for the prepaid offer by purchasing a new Rabona SIM and bring your number from another provider, or choose a new number. If you have a Rabona SIM with an active offer, please note that you can use it to browse, call or text within the US and to US landline or mobile numbers. If you choose a plan without auto-renewal, you will need to repurchase it when it expires or you will not be able to use the Rabona SIM.
eSIM Activation
After purchasing the eSIM with the dedicated offer, you will receive an email containing the activation QR code. Simply scan the code with your device’s camera or enter the activation code and SMDP+ address manually in your phone's settings. The eSIM will activate within minutes, and you'll be ready to use it.
