Welcome to the Rabona APP user guide. By consulting this guide you will be able to know the features of the App and how to manage your offer.

APP HOME
Here, you can easily access all features: manage your Rabona SIM, check coverage, verify device compatibility, explore My Area, and stay updated with the latest news — all in one place!

LOGIN TO MY AREA
My area requires you to log in with the email you used to purchase the Rabona SIM and your password. If you have forgotten your password, a simple wizard is available to send a password reset link to your email.

MY AREA HOME
In the home of My Area you can manage your Rabona SIM, check the counters of your offer, renew or change it. You will be able to access your profile details, view the QR code and your PIN for portability and change the password.

PROFILE SECTION
By accessing your profile you can upload your avatar, view your personal data and change your password, or logout to My Area.

QR CODE
The Rabona App allows you to view the QR code for your RABONA SIM in your My Area, through which you can install the eSIM on your device by entering the activation code and SMDP+ address.

PORTABILITY PIN
The PIN for portability that you have chosen during the purchase of the eSIM, will be the unique PIN for all your RABONA SIMs assigned to your profile that you will need if you decide to change operator.​

IMEI CHECK
In this section, you can check your device's compatibility with Rabona eSIMs by using your IMEI code, which you can obtain by dialing #06#.

COVERAGE MAP
The map allows you to know the coverage of the Rabona network in the US.
