Learn how to use the RABONA App to manage your SIM or eSIM, access My Area, check coverage, verify device compatibility, view your QR code, and stay in control of your mobile service.
OFFICIAL USER GUIDE
Everything you need, inside one app
Follow these simple steps to use the main RABONA App and My Area features. Each section shows the real app screen and explains what you can do.
Step 01
App Home
From the App Home, you can quickly access the main features: manage your RABONA SIM or eSIM, check coverage, verify device compatibility, enter My Area, and read the latest RABONA news.
Step 02
Login to My Area
My Area requires you to log in with the email address used to purchase your RABONA SIM or eSIM and your password. If you forgot your password, you can request a password reset link by email.
Step 03
My Area Home
On the My Area home page, you can manage your RABONA SIM or eSIM, check your plan counters, renew or change your plan, access your profile details, view your QR code, check your portability PIN, and change your password.
Step 04
Profile Section
In the profile section, you can view and manage your account information, upload or update your avatar, change your password, and log out from My Area.
Step 05
QR Code
The RABONA App allows you to view the QR code for your RABONA eSIM in My Area. You can use it to install the eSIM by scanning the QR code or entering the activation code and SM-DP+ address manually.
Step 06
Portability PIN
The portability PIN you selected during the eSIM purchase process is used for your RABONA SIMs assigned to your profile. You may need it if you decide to transfer your number to another provider.
Step 07
IMEI Check
In this section, you can check your device compatibility with RABONA eSIM service. You can find your IMEI by dialing *#06# on your phone.
Step 08
Coverage Map
The coverage map helps you check RABONA mobile coverage in the United States. Coverage may vary by location, device, terrain, buildings, and network conditions.
